Promised in the application.We buildit.
We are an engineering team in Riga: process automation, e-commerce, ERP and CRM systems, AI solutions. 466 LIAA DIMI grant contracts are in force in Latvia right now, and most of those systems still have to be built. We build them — with documents that match what your application actually promised.
You won the grant. We build the system.
Two steps stay with you: the decisions, and your relationship with LIAA — the contract, the payment claim, the separate accounting records. Those cannot be delegated, and we do not pretend otherwise. We build the system and hand you the contract, acts, deliverable descriptions and invoices in the form LIAA expects.
Where LIAA digitalisation grants stand today
That many second-round contracts are in force right now. The first round closed on 31 March 2026 — these are the only grants that still have a project ahead of them.
That is what the DIMI round had available. Applications asked for €25.5M — the money is allocated, and now it has to be earned through delivery.
DIMI projects must be completed by this date, with the payment claim filed by 31 August 2029. The grant is a reimbursement after delivery — the later the build starts, the higher the risk of missing the deadline and the money.
Figures from LIAA's public lists of signed contracts and the programme description. We do not quote before we have seen your project application — an offer without a specification is a guess, and guesses are expensive in EU-funded projects.
What we build
Process automation and system integration
The most common project type in both rounds: document flows, order processing, data exchange between systems. What the application calls “process digitalisation” is, in practice, this.

E-commerce and websites
Online stores, self-service portals, booking systems, corporate sites with integrations. One of the most common first-round project types.

ERP, CRM and resource management systems
Implementation, customisation and connection to what you already run — accounting, warehouse, production. With data migration and staff training, not just licences.

AI solutions
The core of the second (DIMI) round: document recognition, customer correspondence automation, forecasting, internal assistants. Subscription fees are eligible for up to 24 months within a project.

Technical specification and offer
We prepare a specification offers can actually be compared against, and submit our own — in writing, one number, within 48 hours of the spec being ready. We only ever enter a price survey with a genuine, independent offer.

Deliverable documentation
The contract, deliverable descriptions, acceptance acts and invoices with the right references — so your payment claim does not stall on our paperwork. You file the claim itself; we provide the part a contractor has to produce. It is part of the development contract, not a separate service.

Most of what we build involves no grant at all — automation, systems and AI solutions for private clients too. LIAA projects are one kind of work, not the only kind.
How the work runs
Project review
We read your application and your contract with LIAA: what was promised, what the deliverables are, the deadline and the budget. Without that there is nothing honest to promise or price.
Specification and offer
We write the technical specification and give you an offer for the price survey — in writing, one number, within 48 hours of the spec. What gets built, what stays yours, how long it takes and what it costs.
Build and implementation
The engineering team builds it. You see weekly progress, not promises. Interim deliverables are aligned with the project stages, so the reporting always has something to show.
Handover and documents
The system, the code and the access stay with you. It comes with acceptance acts, deliverable descriptions and invoices referencing the contract — ready to drop into your payment claim.
Who does this
One person accountable
Every project has a single accountable project lead — from the first conversation to handover. Scope, deadlines and price are their responsibility. If something breaks, the question goes to them, not to a shared inbox.
A team with 15+ years of experience
The work is delivered by a team with more than 15 years of experience building business systems — from process automation and integrations to AI solutions. Code, documentation and access stay on your side — including if the engagement ever ends.

Frequently asked questions
Can I still apply for a LIAA digitalisation grant?+
Applications in both rounds have closed — the last round closed in November 2025 after demand exceeded the funding. This page is for companies that already hold a signed contract with LIAA and now need to deliver the project.
How large is a LIAA digitalisation grant and what does it cover?+
Projects run from EUR 10,000 to 200,000 with roughly 50% support intensity for small companies under de minimis rules. It covers what the approved application says: websites and e-commerce, process automation, ERP and CRM systems, equipment with software, AI solutions.
How must a developer be selected in a LIAA project?+
Through a price survey: at least three comparable offers, with the economically most advantageous one selected and the choice documented. We only ever enter a price survey with a genuine, independent offer.
When does the company receive the grant money?+
After the project is completed and the payment claim is approved — the grant is a reimbursement, not an advance. Deliverable descriptions, acceptance acts and documentation need to be in order during delivery, not reconstructed afterwards.
By when must a LIAA project be delivered?+
Second-round (DIMI) projects must complete their supported activities by 31 May 2029, and the payment claim must be filed within three months of completion but no later than 31 August 2029. The first-round programme had a deadline of 31 March 2026 that could not be extended — that round is closed.
Do you handle the LIAA paperwork?+
Partly — and only the part that is genuinely the contractor’s. A payment claim requires seven kinds of document: market research, the contract, the invoice, proof of payment, the acceptance act, accounting records and a declaration of no conflict of interest. We produce the contract, invoices, deliverable descriptions and acts. You file the claim itself, sign the declaration and keep the separate accounting records — that is the beneficiary’s responsibility, and a standalone project-management or paperwork service is not an eligible cost under the grant.
We named a different supplier in our application. Can we still choose you?+
Yes. The LIAA support contract explicitly covers the case where a new market survey is carried out after the application is approved — its documentation is then submitted with the payment claim, listing the suppliers surveyed, their prices and the chosen provider. LIAA’s payment-claim assessment methodology also has a separate check for when the supplier differs from the one named in the application. What binds you is the selection process — at least three comparable offers and a justified choice — not the name written in the application. We recommend notifying LIAA in writing before signing the new contract.
Are AI subscription fees eligible?+
In second-round (DIMI) projects, software subscription fees are eligible for up to 24 months within the project — provided they are part of the approved application.
Let us look at your project
Tell us what needs building. If it is a LIAA project, tell us where it stands — approved, started or stuck. If we are not the right people to deliver it, we will say so straight away rather than waste your time.
Thank you — received. We will reply within one working day.
